Ingredients

 1 cup butter
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 2 cups flour (can use GF flour)
 4 eggs
 2 cups granulated sugar (can use raw sugar)
 2 lemons - zested
 4 tsp lemon juice

Directions

For the crust

Mix butter, powder sugar and flour. Pat into an 8x12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.

For the filling

Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Pour into the baked crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
