Busch Family Lemon Bar Recipe

Here is the Busch family lemon bar recipe for you to try at home! Pair it with either our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc or 2018 Rose, then sit back and enjoy the moment.


  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 2 cups flour (can use GF flour as well)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar (can use raw sugar as well)
  • 2 lemons – grate rind
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Mix butter, powder sugar and flour. Pat info an 8×12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and grate. Pour into the baked crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
