FIDELIS tastings
Discover the Fidelis Tasting, a curated flight of Trinitas Cellars’ most coveted small-lot wines. This exclusive experience features Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each hand-selected from our finest two to three barrels. Produced in extremely limited quantities, these wines express purity, elegance, and a clear sense of vineyard character. Thoughtfully paired with artisan cheeses, the Fidelis Tasting is available on weekends only and offers a rare opportunity to experience the pinnacle of our winemaking in one elevated flight.
